Looking for silent YouTube training videos

I watch stages of the Cape Epic silent and listen to music. There 3+ hours long, so you can get two rides per stage, they have many years on Youtube. Great scenery, terrific racing, etc. And I guess that makes me a wannabe.

+1 for these guys.....love their stuff and it used to be my go-to when I was traveling pre-COVID and wanted a good hotel gym bike workout on my phone.
