Record 10 shifters/derailleurs, looking at a silver Athena UT crank, some variant of silver campy brakes, Record ti seatpost, Ritchey Classic bar and stem. Wheels TBD - I have some T11 hubs to lace up eventually, but will probably use an existing wheelset in the meantime.

Good mail day.

Bar and stem are en route.

Still need BB cups (Record UT?), front derailleur clamp (have one or two options, need to decide), saddle (Fabric Scoop or Line - could swap from current bike in a pinch), chain (KMC something something 10-speed?), tires (tanwall, probably 28mm), and frame (should see that in about 3 and a half weeks).

Would like fresh hoods, medium cage for the derailleur. But both optional

Planning to roll on existing wheels, but would like to settle on a nice set of rims to lace my WI hubs to. If I do go for newly built wheels, would need to sort out cassette as well.

Thanks! I can only take credit for the inspiration, not the execution.

Another wee piece. And the medium cage derailleur destined for cage transplant has also arrived.

Hmmm, rethinking my wheel plan. White Ind T11s (black), 32 hole to something like DT RR440 was the thought. But wondering if something a bit more modern may be a bit better suited...

End of a long week navel gazing

I'd say Shamal "Mille" would look great with this frameset
