Very nice. Richard's stuff is always tight. I like the color, too.

I wish nothing but great miles. Ride the heck out of the thing.

Campy Record 11-speed, Cole C24 Lite wheels shod w/ Challenge 25c tires, Cinelli bars, stem, & seatpost, and a San Marco Aspide saddle which Richie just had lying around the shop, since my preferred fizik Aliante was taking too long to arrive.

(irony intended)

Yeah, Joe Bell did a remarkable job. I send an artsy and poetic and intentionally flowery-yet-non-specific description of what I had in mind using terms that I was positive RS or JB would throw back in my face and say "What is this pretentious bullchit, what color do you want?!?!" Instead, I didn't hear a word back...until the frame came back from paint, looking exactly like I imagined!

Yeah, that hallway makes everything look like death. Will try to get some outdoors pics this weekend. It's more like a Terracotta, or Crème brûlée.

One of my favorite lyrics in all pop music comes from Talking Heads' "Making Flippy Flop" when David Byrne sings

"Our president's crazy! Did you hear what he said?!?!"

...because it's such a wonderfully universal sentiment! Could be talking about any one of them

...so far, at least.

Nice. Congrats.

Now go bomb it into a corner faster than you think you should...and let us know what happens... (Through a smile).

Thanks Len. While I hesitate to pass any judgments after only a 5 mile shakedown ride, I did get the distinct impression that it's a very nimble bike. Looking forward to finding out just how true that is!

And btw, you're probably already aware that you and your Sachs were one of the motivations behind me getting in Richie's queue, but I want to thank you again for being such an inspiring voice of reason and passion over the ensuing years.
