I just don't see Cav as a major asset at this point in his career. If he gets a win, I'd be surprised. If he finishes in Paris, I'll be even more surprised. You're looking at a bunch of all star teams competing this year.

I think Bora Hansgrohe and Ineos are going to put all the sprinters teams to the sword on any stage that isn't flat like they did in stage 7 of last year's TdF.

Cav is a legend- glad he can come back to the big stage and maybe pull off a win.
He is a great champion and Lefevre seems to make “has beens” great again (Gilbert is a great example or virenque).
Keeping my fingers crossed.
