Info needed, pls! Serotta Nova Series

Hi, all!
Thanks for letting me in.
I've recently got a Serotta frame&fork. I could find very few info on this while searching on internet, but I believe it is a Nova Series from 1984. Please, check the attached pic.
The serial number under BB shell is 84212. Campy dropouts with eyelets and a stop on down tube instead of bosses for levers.
I've found many pics of Nova Special all around, but not even one Nova Series with its original painting scheme and decals.
Can anyone, please, help me?
Thanks in advance, and have you all a great week!

In the main menu look at the Catalogs section. There are some Serotta brochures.

Tks!
I've looked into them and found good info there, like prices, component group options and so.
I'm still trying to find at least one picture of this model in its original or restored condition.
For now, I suppose the paint/decals schema would be the same of Nova Special - except for the "Special" of course.
Looks like they didn't sell many Nova Series back in time.

Cheers!

I have a Nova Series but am not sure of the year. You have it right for yours, 1984 and (I think) the 212th built. I'm not sure if your decals are original. Somewhere in the early 1980s Serotta used a seat tube decal with an oval outline. Mine did not have the oval decals, but has two bands around the seat tube that if I remember correctly have the Nova or perhaps Nova Series name. I think it says something like "Nova by Serotta". My paint is original but I removed the downtube decals as they were not clear coated and were flaking badly. There was no evidence that it ever had a model decal on the top tube like later Novas and Clubs. I will try to remember to check the serial number on mine next time I get to where it is stored. Don't hesitate to remind me.

There is a picture of a 1985 frame with the oval decals here:

I believe it's most likely a Nova Special.

Thank you Oliver! And beautiful bike btw!
My frame seems to started its life in a dark green color - I'll restore it this way and follow the Nova scheme.
Greetings from Brazil!

My serial number reads 27828. I can only guess that the 2 designates 1982. Perhaps made on the 8th of July? The bands on the seat tube say "Nova division of Serotta".
