More importantly, it has that hidden frickin washer. If you take the chainring off, know that there’s a washer between the spider and the arm. It’s really thin and without it your chainring is out of true.

Here's the time line-
2003-Chorus non-hdden 5th arm for aluminum. First year of Record Carbon. Odd ball, only one year, known to creak. BB spindle flats rotated 45 degrees compared to Record ALU. 2004-First year Chorus alu with hidden arm. New Carbon cranks for Record and Chorus. Record and Chorus alu same, hidden arm. 2005-CT cranks start..CT for Record and Chorus carbon..'full size' alu cranks for Record and Chorus(hidden arm) 2006-same as 2005 2007-first year of UltraTorque, external BBs. So..that Chorus crank is 2004-2006
