thwart, sold me a Centaur crank I had been looking for, for months, that was exactly as described, communicated well and it was shipped promptly. (thanks again Tom).

Ari K (akelman) is tops. Excellent communication, blazing fast shipping and the stem was in absolutely immaculate condition. I couldn't ask for more from a seller. A true choshever mensh! A+ all around.

More broadly, I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. People have different styles -- some like to haggle, some don't; some like to PM back and forth, some don't; some are relaxed about everything, some aren't -- but everyone has been fair and decent. Thanks, all, for so many good experiences.

props for Pitcrew! I needed a new stem for my Santa Cruz and Pitcrew stepped up with a very nice WCS stem for next to nothing... shipping was fast as well...
