Went down to 850... well... not bad just because was a team bike, but the rust all over and the tab number probably will snap if bent back to its original position.

1000 bucks new paint job... and restoration is gone... wonder if dude thought hit the jackpot when got it.

Lightly used Fondriest XStatus.
As nice a riding ever made. Google it! Very nice condition with the following components:
Campy Record Titanium brakes and FD. Campy Chorus 10 speed shifters and RD. Shimano crankset with almost new Dura Ace BB. Wheelset has Campy hubs, new rear bearings, laced to newer DT Swiss RR440's. Schwalbe 1 tires in good condition. Divesting of all ten speed stuff.
Included will be new chain, and spare cassettes.

56cm $550

a mix of stuff but anyway...

JP Weigle Special - frame (Blue)
A beautiful handmade race frame built in the late '70s for a CAT 1 racer. This is a high end example by one of America's best frame builders (rank him next to Richard Sachs, Andy Gilmore, or anyone else). Aside from the near perfect paint the frame is remarkable for its track-style dropouts which the previous owner used to bring the back wheel forward to 'stiffen' the bike (it is very rare to see track drop outs with a derailleur hanger). The bike had been most recently been built up with 2x10 Campy so any era equipment should work. A smaller, lesser Weigle is on ebay for well over $1,000 About 54 cm. $675

Casati Ellisse 61cm frame

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Casati-Elli...sAAOSwFlNccxe-

I have the exact same frame and it is actually my favorite bike.
There was a lot of speculation on tubing in this thread, it turned out to be a mix of Max and EL-OS.

Good deal if it fits IMHO.

I talked to the guy. Its a 55 and just discovered a small dent on the side and dropped the price to $ 600. He is also heading to NYC this Friday and bringing the bike with him in case anyone cares. NYC CL add: https://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/b...868367653.html

Yep I know but still think 4-5k is not bad considering that's the price for a new mosaic frame.
