What are the easiest clinchers to mount on carbon non-tubeless clinchers?

I don't want to get stuck on the side of the road taking an hour to change a flat.

What are the easiest clinchers to mount/change on carbon non-tubeless clinchers?

Looking at more race-oriented tires (~23s/~25s)
Panaracers?
Vredesteins?

i've always been happy with conti 4000's (25mm) on zip 202s. the 5000's should be sweeter still.

I find Vittoria tires pretty easy to mount. I find Continental tires to be awful to mount.

In my experience, it's depended on the rim. Conti's were a bear to get on my aluminum HED Ardennes, but a breeze to get on my zipp 202s.

Vittoria open Corsa, Open Pave, Rubino, G+ any time.

Conti 4ks2 possibly tough the first time, then no sweat after
