Garmin 1030 - Saved Course

Anyone ever see and "Invalid" when they look at the summary of a saved course for navigation? See screen shot below. Had issue with navigation last weekend, didn't alert for the upcoming turns, but when the turn came it gave the directions. Course loads, but doesn't work as normal.

Any experience with this? if so, what is the fix?

Already tried to delete and reload the course and use a diff computer to load the course.

Never had this issue, but it sounds like it could be a problem with the .gpx file.

It might be worth a shot creating a new file to see if that solves the issue.

Just to add an answer to this post. Just got off the phone with Garmin, very helpful. Turns out the Invalid message has to do with Date ( on the left) and time ( on the right) When the file was created in RideGPS.com, they fields may not have been formatted correctly. good to know.

He did show me a cool way to move the file from RideGPS.com to Garmin Connect and then i can pull the saved course from the Garmin iphone app and send to the Garmin 1030. pretty slick!
