What brand of handlebar is this?

Overhauling a kid's bike. Believe it's a 2010 Giant Areva 24".

Markings on the one end of the bar are:
MTB-AL-T225 W:560
Then the logo pictured below (HLT, NLT?)
2009 10C

Anyone know what brand this is?
