GRX - Shift logic

New to GRX and Di2 (as an owner). Looking to see what others know about it.

Yes, I've used Di2 in several configs over the years...so I know the basics of the buttons (shifts like Shimano mech).

With GRX I'm wondering about the ability to change/customize the shift logic. I've read about the full manual (you decide, like shifting mech), sycro, and semi-syncro. I'm more wondering if it can be set up like say (oh the horrors) eTap. Right hand goes higher gears. Left hand goes lower.

I'm looking forward to using GRX. I think the ergos are great! I think Shimano has the best hydro braking (haven't tried Campy hydro so need need to discuss). I just really really like eTap shift logic.
