Pretty cool. I hope it wasn't ridden through too many epic rain, hail, and snowstorms.

I was giving that one a follow and soooooo tempted! Glad it's ended up with someone who will appreciate it. Be sure to post some pics once you've got it up and running! Enjoy!

WOW. You could hang pictures off of that perfectly level top tube. Very nice! Please update with a build pic asap!

Aimar is quite a talented builder who used to post frequently on VSalon, but it seems that his site is down. Nice find.

+1 Followed Amaro on the interwebs and thought I might work with him on a new bike some day. Was sad when he decided to leave the trade.

Great find! Jealous!

As I've said before, some of those early Rapha Continental bikes really influenced what I found to be beautiful, functional bicycles. A concept I have pursued for years. Nice find if you snagged this one, a classic from one of my favorite eras of cycling.

That is one rare bike. Very well done.
Many would say that is from the peak Rapha period and an example of the company firing on all cylinders.

Well I backed out - I was too fast on the bidding and the size is just not perfect for me so it is relisted. Sorry to the seller.

“Back on sale after disgracious ebay buyer not willing to complete payment after successful bid.” Well that would be me….

An Amaro would be one to have. Another big fan of Aimar and his work here …
