I always like the Sugoi ones. I have a black one around here some place.

The new ones look rather nice.

Sugoi works great for extra layer in cold conditions. Lets me wear less between helmet and head. Not sure of waterproofing in rain but just having the layer to keep the wet out gotta be better the water going straight into the vents.
