Changeable axles in Shutter Precision hubs?

I love my dynamo! I have a centrelock disc QR hub and was wondering about whether the axle could be switched out for a 12mm axle ?

that would be nice, the 12mm are almost twice as much. But I'm pretty sure they say the answer is no. I'm trying to remember where I saw that information posted and failing

You can go from big to small but not vice versa

I figured so. Not to worry as my commuter is not getting a new fork. I was just thinking about how to switch wheels to a different (through axle) frame, but I guess I am not doing that!

I might build a new set of wheels with a through axle SP hub.
