How "insulated" is the Rapha Men's Trail Insulated Jacket?

Still on the search for a jacket to replace my 10+ years old Descente Bobolink.

Insulated can have very different meanings when it comes to cycling tops.

Anyone wearing this Rapha Trail jacket?

Are we talking a good layer for fleece or Thinsulate?

I'm looking for something that could be on top of something like a mid weight fleece and keep me warm in sub freezing temps.
