Thanks! It turned out really tasty. Just need to find some more rye flour (everywhere has been out) and I plan to keep it going on a weekly basis for the quarantine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'd stay out of local indoor ranges also, if they are open..I'm way for fearful of weirdos than the virus.

I wouldn't worry about the frame..tool in vice, rotate frame with somebody pushing down on BB shell while you rotate it?

non cycling project
Salvaged a lathe and table saw / joiner combo from a neighbors house. They were cleaning out the basement and the tools were going to be discarded. Everything works, they've been sitting unused in a basement for 15-20 years. Made and electrolytic bath for stripping the rust, treating with Ospho, then an industrial anti-corrosion primer. Rockwell tools from the early 1980's.

Knocked the dust off this thing. Sitting for years in a box. Went through the trans, full diff rebuild, shock rebuild. This thing rips 46mph, but ran out of road.

Cleaning my home office
Rearranging our “pain cave” to make it more enjoyable for indoor workouts. Cleaning up my work room in the basement - cleaning or re-cleaning and lubing all my equipment (drill press, band saw, etc) for long term storage, organizing my tool box, and rearranging my tool wall. BK

@DWCollins, so that is a cool old lathe and will be a good project. But my question is what is going on with the battery charger wires going in the bucket of water, also is there a zinc anode on the piece of string? Anyway just curious have fun with your project.

Thanks for allaying concern that I'm unlikely to damage the frame. I'll keep whacking at it with my available tools + penetrating oil. |

I’m not quarantined (work for a local bank), but still seems relevant. I’ve been thinking about putting up a couple floating shelves for about a year now...might have gotten carried away with the size of the carriage bolts. The wood is supposedly from a 100 year old chicken house. I had some left over from a project years ago.

But everyone touches the bags and the bags touch? Shut in or no win I'm afraid.

It’s protein right!? For what it’s worth, they were planed, sanded and waxed several years ago. The dust from my storage room is probably a bigger concern. Good thing we have plenty Clorox wipes these days.

Hot Tubes project
I am finally getting around to building this up. This came from the paceline collective and will hopefully finish it by next week.
