A bit OT: Let's hope DHL doesn't mess up on bike parts

I saw this the other day on the news ticker but dismissed it.
Had no idea it was a carrier issue. Funny thing is, work just switched to DHL and so did one of my customers.
They blamed a "computer glitch" but I heard they didn't get their cert for food storage or handling or something along those lines.
And I thought KFC was seeing a drop in their market share with all the shops closing down in Toronto.
