The part is from Fox. I have called many shops that had advertised it and reach dead end.

Having the part is nice, but I don’t think I will spend time to call shops or Fox distributors to check inventory.

The likely outcome is the eventual upgrade of the fork or new dampers.

Have you tried contacting Fox directly? I've gotten small parts from them in the past.

Pretty much any Shimano GRX - RX810 anything.

I've decided that's what will go on my Litespeed Appalachian that's on its way from Poland, but man, try to get parts. Original estimates were 7/30, then 8/08, now 8/30. Who knows? And for the non-GRX parts such as stem and bars, I'm holding off until I actually get the frame and measure.

Same with Shimano M5x0 pedals. I'm leaning toward 540 as opposed to 520, but can find neither. Oh well, tomorrow's another day on my 23 pound / 10.5 kg mid-80s lugged steel Bianchi with mediocre (no decals) tubing.

That, my friends, is a true first world problem.

Compared to the Afghan womens cycling team, I've got it made in the shade. And many others in the world have it far worse.

I did. I had an email exchange with their tech guy. And he said they don't make this anymore and the only way is to upgrade to more modern damper that supports remote control using newer kit.
