Exclamation Bar and stem compatibility

I'm thinking of purchasing Zipp Service Course SL Ergo bar and trying to determine if my Richie Pro stem will work with it. The stem is 110 millimeters, but it has other markings: '110/6 degrees/84 degrees' on one side of the clamp and '31.8/KI11' on the other. The Zipp bar has a clamp Diameter of 31.8 and a Drop outsweep of 4 degrees. I'm assuming the 31.8 is a match, but not sure what the degree's and the KI11 mean and whether they need to match. Any thoughts?

110 is the length, 84 and 6 are the number of degrees different from 90° depending on which way up you orient the stem.

It is compatible with your 31.8 bar.
