will tackle the New Zealand's Aotearoa Trail...any experience?

my original plan was to go to NSW in Australia and complete the Hunt 1000, but due to the massive and dramatic fires, it would be an impossible task.
my plan B was going to be Tasmania but from what I'm understanding, also there it would not be safe.
so...plan C might be New Zealand and the Aotearoa Tral (south island only)
ask anybody on the forum ever done it or at leas know information about the trail?

Check out crazyguyonabike website. In one of the touring journals there's a couple fatbiking the trail now.

Have a great adventure.

Check out the Tour Aotearoa Facebook page.
If you’re following the TA route, the South Island has more sealed road, with more gravel and trails in the North.
