The Pearl on those frames look really nice in person. Looking forward to seeing this finished.

The last of an era of parts. All silver. All alloy. No plastic junk. Wonderfully finished, even for the lowly Veloce trim.

Exactly! I remember a neighbor looking at my Masi with the original Chorus
He wasn't even a cyclist & he said the components looked like jewelry

Nice Bianchi congrats!

Pretty much ready to roll. As many Italian parts as I could reasonably find, right down to the bar tape. Had that celeste SMP saddle squirrelled away for a long while too, suits the build nicely I think.

Wheels, tires and pedals are all temp. Need to build the wheels and rebuild the pedals.

Looks really good but the green tires are throwing it off for me. I'd swap to tanwall unless you really love those green Vittorias which is understandable.

They are just what I had on hand. I have some tanwalls to go on the new wheels once they get built. Just need some free time.

Very cool build! Iconic branding through use of a beautiful color. Enjoy! BTW, how many does this bring the n+1 count 2 ?

Short spin on a sunny afternoon. This rides pretty well! Definitely on the stiff side. Need to dial in the fit a bit more, but looks like it will do what I want it to do! Still need to build the wheels. Need more free time.

The new wheels will look great on there. But the Excellights look pretty good, too.
