Great frameset. I’ve been riding a Foundry Overland as my only bike for the past 3 years. Mines been converted to 650b and running 48c Rene Herse, it simply rides like a dream. I’ll make a post for it soon. You’ll love yours. Btw, how did you strip your cranks? They look great!

This is taking an age to come together. I'm still waiting on a couple of parts but I swear it will be done soon(ish).
Removed the paint from the upper section of the frame using sandpaper, Jasco paint remover, more sandpaper, more Jasco and some bronze wool. I did leave some scratches that were difficult to remove, and were I to do it again I'd mask off more of the surrounding Ti and go far more slowly wet-sanding the paint back until it was truly thin enough for the Jasco to work properly. This was a very well-painted frame. ![]() Have secured a Ti seatpost and collar, might spring for a Ti stem once the fit is dialed. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Done! After a few rides I've realized I need a shorter stem. If anyone's holding a 100mm version of the pictured Zipp Service Course SL stem in 'Beyond Black', I'd like to buy it - or swap my 110mm for it. FWIW it weighs 20.3 lbs with pedals. Damn that looks killer! you did an excellent job putting that build together. How are you enjoying it? You're gonna make me want to hunt one of these down.

Hell yeah, man. Cerakote work on the chain ring came out super well.

Yet to put any serious miles on it (stem too long and I’m too old for riding far with a bad fit), but initial impressions are really good. Racy geo, very smooth and accelerative. Stoked with it.

This came together nicely. I like your choice of crank and chainring.
