Did you rotate the puncture towards the top for the photo or was it always like that?
Always put the puncture at the lowest point so that more sealant, and more important, the small chunks in sealant, gather near the hole and plug it up. |

I moved it up. It was fine until I tried to pump the tire up beyond 30 psi. Then the snot ball blew. Well, and you can see the result.

I once saw a tubeless tire blow out, sprayed a dude with that gross sticky white stuff.
No thanks. I like patching tubes. Gives me a chance to smell the roses.

Yeah it’s really fun patching tubes versus just riding and not getting flats most of the time, makes total sense dude!
