does the carbon rail give more comfort vs the SS rails?

I do however have plenty of experience with carbon rails and have to say I'm not really a fan. I mean, I like light weight stuff, who doesn't?, but I've found the carbon rails to be stiffer than the metal (esp. Ti), and I like just a little flex offered by the metal rails. The extra few grams are outweighed (sorry) by quite a few extra dollars to spend on other parts. There is a myth that all carbon is automatically more comfy and it is hooey, as anyone who has ever been on a good steel bike can tell you
