I would guess mid to late 1980s from what I have seen. Photos aren't that clear but it looks like the fork may have the Serotta engraving on the crown. Serotta didn't do much chroming but I have seen other 1980s frames with chrome. Is there any engraving on the frame? Most likely place would be the brake bridge.
