To my shame, I have a bike with an FSA stem cap

I really need to get the cnc running so I can engrave some of my pithy thoughts into stem caps

Did you have any issues with the cable management slots underneath? Been considering one myself.

Oh, and I have no idea what the OP means by doing a thing. Is it the bell? The out front mount? The top cap? Did you button your own shirt today?

Not sure what we're supposed to be noticing in that pic - stem cap, bell, lack of cable housing, nice red trim in tape wrap finish, nicely vacuumed floor, etc.

Looks clean, for sure.

You all are overthinking.
He's clearly gone 100% fixed gear, no brakes.

Stem cap, though I like the bell too. Floor is in the man cave so it’s in decent shape.

Regarding the bell yes, it’s a pain and hard to find a spot where it sits and can ring.

When it comes to a bell doing its job (getting attention), I like the Crane bells from Japan. Other bells are louder, but somehow this gets people’s attention.

My mechanic has an old International newspaper delivery van (box truck) that he converted to a very cool tailgating rig. He wanted to get a train horn for TDs and the one he chose was advertised as "guaranteed to wake the dead". He hit that thing to show my 8yo son last time we were there and two of his mechanics ran out cursing him for blasting their ears (again).
