I'm curious on your logic for the crank choice. Was it primarily for weight versus GRX, or another reason? And, did you do anything to adjust for the GRX chainline?
I had this Red Quarq crankset already and just took a chance on it. The SRAM 2x 11 speed chainline is 45.5mm, which doesn't quite match the 46.9mm GRX chainline but I haven't had any issues. I just followed Shimano's set up instructions and played around with the FD trim.

[QUOTE=scoobydrew;3156259]Weighs exactly the same as my Aspero.

This surprised me.. in a good way. Nice. Anyone know the story of the seafoam green? Just curious.

This is such a well done build. I'm in line for one that's going to be nearly identical. I'm 6 1/2 months in, how long did yours end up taking?

Waited roughly "only" 7 months, which was unexpected since Paul mentioned it'd be up to 12-14 months out when I put in the deposit. I think I lucked out when he was doing a big batch of aluminum frames mid-summer.

Hope he gets your frame done within the next month or so as I heard he's planning on taking December off.

Its... perfect

Been thinking about ordering a bike from Paul before he stops. This was a great reminder.

Wow, this looks fantastic. I'm a fan of your build and of course, the color! I'm wondering if you know the geometry and if yes, do you mind sharing. I'm curious about the HT angle and the overall wheelbase.

I can get you the overall wheelbase number later on but will need to get in touch with Paul on the angles. Seat tube is 50cm C-T-C, top tube is 530mm virtual (level), head tube is 120mm, chainstay length is 430mm.

Recent pics in gravel mode:

Had a BTLOS wheelset laying around that was meant so I can swap in a road tire set up. I've got a road bike with 28s to go fast so for this I opted to go with a larger volume "road" tire for more of an all-road set up. Ended up with some Gravelking slicks in 35mm. Took it out for a spin this afternoon and the ride is nice and supple. Rene Herse BJP are up next on the list to try once these wear down.

Oof, looks so sweet! Wondering, are you able to compare how this rides vs your Mosiac?

That's awesome. I'm in line for one that will be very similar. It looks so good and checks all the boxes. Enjoy!
