Routt RSL Review

The very well respected James Huang @ Cycling News and IG @angryasian just popped this. IMO he does excellent reviews. When I last saw him we talked about this bike and he shared his idea about the "Ratatouille idea". Love that, plus, I really like this bike.

I have yet to meet a Moots owner that didn't wax lyrical about their chosen bike.

Could be the $$ they spent. Dunno

...but since James is sending this one back...

I’ve owned 3. Vamoots, Vamoots SL and now an RSL. I can honestly say that the RSL is as nice a riding bike as my Ottrott. And, that is saying ALOT!!!

Oh, I bought all 3 of them used at a pretty nice discount. I’ve spent more money on bikes I’ve enjoyed a lot less.

Had I room in the family budget, I wouldn’t be shipping this bike back to Steamboat Springs; instead, it’d take up permanent residence in my garage.
Great geo numbers for me: Only my income keeps me from pulling the trigger. They nailed this one. jmo

yeah, but there ARE a whole bunch of things (disc brakes for example) that people buy then rationalize as 'best things EVAR!'
