It does have two bottle mounts, unfortunately no rack bosses. You will have to go seatpost rack or P clips.

This guy is pretty proud of his, asking 50% more than it retailed for:

I found that already.

I’ve got a tubus fly. Not ideal, but I think thry make a kit that mounts to the rear skewer. I’m not paying that kind of money though, not when I can buy a ti frame or a pegoretti for less.

You could drill out the bridge between the stays for an upper mounting point(s).
