Dura Ace shifters don't offer triple (x3) in the 9-speed version, only Ultegra does.

Are you shooore?*

They may be rare as a clamped seatpost in Weisan-Pal's garage (), but the Dura Ace 7703 3x9 shifter is a thing that did exist in nature...as did the 7703 triple crankset...

OMG, I will be damned!* you are right, Clean pal! Thanks for the correction. I guess I just haven't come across one in the past with all these years of using shimano 9 speed stuff. Learn something new everyday...

Sweet! Pro tip: keep pipe insulation on that TT until the cables and tape are the installed - a dented TT would be quite a bummer...

The shifters alone would command that price. DA 9 on 4 bikes, including DA triple on a tandem. Suuweeeet, as they say.

first impression is very good. meaty sole, supple upper, good foot shape. Looking forward to wearing them.

I have to ask: are these new crop of laced shoes not a concern for getting laces caught up in the chain?

I just remember a nasty incident from my childhood on a bmx bike and my vans...

Giros have a nifty strap to secure the laces once tied, though I tuck them in again at the bottom to be sure.
