Looks like that was an issue with someone not reading the part about not shipping to the U.S.

This is a bit misleading, did you bother to read the reasons for not A+ feedback?

60cm trek domane koppenberg. These are pretty rare and have the H1 geo. Wasn't someone here looking for one? Build kit looks proper.

How can you tell this frameset was built by Pegoretti? It doesn’t appear the seller is sure. Also, who puts on the decals on top a frame and doesn’t put a clear coat over it?! Is that something Pegoretti would do? Still, I agree, the colors are nice.

Good Luck!

I can’t speak to whether or Dario made this one but decals over the paint was the norm for Pinarello for the period (late 80’s very early 90’s). I had a Montello that the decal started to peal off over time.

Unless the seller has irrefutable proof, the "?" is needed.

It is common knowledge he was a contract builder for Pinarello making both pro frames and production frames. Most notable is the construction around the seat tube, it matches with known Pegoretti built Pinarello's (clean small TIG welding, integrated seat post clamp construction, lug angle and style). We also know he built Carrera professional team bikes, as did another builder for 1998, however construction of the pro bike can be distinguished between the 2 builders and construction matches with known built Pinarello's frames.

The rear brake cross member is also the same between Pinarello and Carrera frame except Pinarello is written on Pinarello frames and Carrera pro frame is blank.

All 3 frames also have the same ball type rear derailleur cable stop.

Appears to be compelling to me. There is so much I don't know but evidence that can be proven appears to point to it being his construction and design.

I believe they did this, so the team could easily apply fresh decals throughout the race season

Yes and not just Italian. After all, clear-coating wasn't a thing back in the day. Where else where decals going to go but on top of the paint?
