this is nice, and would be good to see on the road pounding out miles.

This is a dream frame of mine.
It’s a nice frame but I wouldn’t buy it unless you plan on fixing the fork and repainting.

Ed Litton is one of the only folks who currently has eisentraut rainbowtraut decals.

I had his exact frame and loved it—only sold it to move on to a Model A

FWIW I got my white rainbow traut in 56cm complete with chorus for $750

Colnago pista sale

1. Colnago Master Track Bike - $2,200 58cm
https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/d...156297470.html
Deep purple Colnago track frame 58cm C-T
Not exactly sure of model but I think it is a master
Full C Record Gruppo
Sheriff Star hubs tied and soldered on campy strada tubular rims. Spin nice and true
Campy pedals, toe clips and straps
Ties hold air but are old and dry
Campy wheel bags included
Absolutely beautiful bike
Will be sad to see it go
2. Colnago Molteni Track Frame - $700 58cm
https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/d...155619251.html
Colnago track frame and fork set
58cm Square
Prior owner bought it from original owner in Italy and had it repainted molteni orange by Al Wanta
Nice job but there are a couple of chips as shown
No BB thread, headset or seat post area issues
Based on my research the frame is approximately a 1982 Nuovo Mexico
It has the same early crimped tubing as my colnago Profil CX

This was a project I ran out of steam on

I have collected a period correct campy record wheel set, headset, BB and cranks, cinelli pista stem and bars and unicanitor saddle if buyer is interested. (Pictured but not included at this price).
3. Colnago Master Track Bike - $1,800
https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/d...155618963.html
Colnago Master Track frameset
58cm C-C, 60 C-T.
Straight no dents
A little rust spotting on chain stay at seat post and headset
Sheriff star hubs and Mavic reflex tubular wheelset
Front tire leaks but I have an nos spare I will include
Record cranks
Campy record pedals, toe clips and straps
Cinelli 1A Stem and 67-39 pista bars.
Headset is dura ace but I have a campy c record I will include with it

What does he want for the Moots bikes? Also, one of them is track only, right?

"Colnago Molteni Track Frame"

If that was local PDX, I don't think I could resist it.

Got it; thanks for looking into it. $4.5k is a bit much, but oh well

6+ months sounds right. I want to say it started at like $5300 around that time. $4000 would be a hard deal for me to pass up.
