AXS Compatibility - Quarq Battery Covers
Posting this here in case anyone else comes across the same issue that I did.
Kudos to SRAM Tech Support (Adam) for clearing this up and sending out a battery cover after I had some questions. Question: Are the Battery covers (the rubber, not the metal cap) the same for all AXS power meters? Answer: No, there are 2 variations. 1.) RED AXS integrated chainrings/powermeters 2.) 107 BCD Powermeter spiders. The Issue: I was trying to source a battery cover for my 107 BCD quarq but couldn't get the one I purchased to fit right. They are sending the correct one and I will post the part #'s here in the future. Pics tell the story of bad fit of using a Red battery cover on a non-red spider.
