That's a question you have to ask yourself.

From what I can see, EVERYONE on this forum, has, at one point or another, used up their "off topic" token to continue playing in the game. Nobody is above reproach in this regard.

Nothing wrong with thread drift or OT's in general. The problem arrises when someone decides they want to Kamikaze a thread by grinding their personal axe which takes it out of bounds of the forum guidelines...sometimes in spite of posted warnings in threads. In reality time outs aren't that common in the grand scheme of forum things, the mods try to be as hands-off as we can and you folks are a pretty good bunch of Bananas!
