Just so everyone is aware, it is not always safe to replace an original steel bolt with a titanium one. Even stainless steel may not be strong enough. Don't even think about it on a 2-bolt faceplate.

My dentist hands them out for free. I can probably hook you up.

That's a lot of assumptions going on. Bolts have grades, you should understand them before you start swapping stuff out. Just because OE uses steel bolts doesn't mean you can't safely swap them to titanium.

The other thing to keep in mind is that not all titanium hardware is created equal. If it's holding together anything important, you want formed (forged) threads. If it's largely aesthetic you can go with the cheap cnc'd stuff from a random source.

True, my point is that OEM bolts are usually high tensile stength alloy steel. Replacing these with cheap titanium or even stainless steel could be asking for trouble.

Agreed! But hands down best source for arcane bits that you might think would cool to stick on yer bike. If I recall there was a family relation to this site and one from New Jersey some years prior. Similar inventory.

I've been getting stuff from them for years.

As for ti stem bolts, don't skimp on quality.
