Now this is a TALL bike

It's a link to a FB video, but this is one tall bike. I'm not sure I'd ride this thing

So what happens when he gets to a stop light with no convenient wall to lean against next to the side of the road?

Try riding up the Stelvio on this thing. Guy was almost to the top, near the turn to the Umbrail Pass. Apparently on a multi-country trip. 2016.

The rider likely "times" the traffic signals accordingly...as illustrated in the video.
This thing is realistically only coming out for parades and similar. Minimal usage.

Now that is what you call in upright riding positions. FWIW... that is how I feel riding at times with all of the tiny guys around here.
