Big Jones loop fan here. For storage and hand positions on multi-day tours, I find it very comfortable. If cost is an issue, he came out with a less expensive HG that uses non-butted tubing. It's like $79.

A used Answer 20/20 might fit the bill too. From time to time, On-One has some cheaper alternatives. Soma Osprey is cheaper and mimics the Jones closely. There's also the FSA Metropolis.
I run Salsa Motoace flat bars with a 17* bend and barends on my trail bike and Jones on my fat bike. I also have a Titec J-bar, but it doesn't get much use anymore because I've gravitated to wider bars these days. Then there's the Stooge Moto bar, which is kind of cool. Lots to choose from... |
