I actually use it to make pizza dough more often than anything else. Cook's Illustrated NY thin pizza crust is amazing - actually like the real NYC thing, and the recommendation is to do it in a food processor with a dough blade.

Buttermilk Biscuits

Freeze the pats of butter / add to dry ingredients in processor / pulse 1 second, 4-5 times / add buttermilk, a couple more pulses and then roll out.

So much easier than cutting butter into flour by hand.....

That looks good, but we've had good luck with our Cuisinart 14-cup processor for ages -- a good deal less expensive than the Magimix, too, although that's not to say the other one isn't worth it.
