ChasingWatts is an excellent resource and it finally seems to be the primary tool for posting up group ride information here in the Houston area. There’s also iOS and android versions.

It’s simple to use: create a profile with your city or postal code and it will show you all the rides within the radius you set.

It also makes it very easy to share and transfer ride routes to your Garmin or Wahoo computers.
