Struggling to get pictures posted

It's been a while since I posted any pics to this forum. I have a few bikes to sell and need to get some decent resolution pics in the classifieds. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Either host online with an image hosting service and post link in your message or downsize original to 20% ish. Either way is a little work.

If you're using a Mac, open the photos in the application "Preview".

In the top menu, go to "Tools".
Select "Adjust Size".
Enter "1024" in the width field.

Height will adjust itself.
Resolution will prob be 72.
Both Scale and Resample will prob be checked.

Click "Save".
Your pic will now be the right width to post here.

Don't have a PC and haven't used one in a while to know what image app is the latest included in the OS but it would be a similar approach to resizing so the file is not massive.

1.) Upload images to Imgur.com or other free hosting websites.

2.)Right click on the uploaded image, copy the image address.

3.) Use the image icon shown here to paste the copied image address into the paceline post.

Using Imgur, it's easier to click on the image, and select "BBCode", then simply paste the copied code into your post.

Imgur: To reduce the image size, simply put the letter L right before the .jpg at the end of the BBCode string that you pasted. Example images, first one normal size, then with the letter L . The BBCode is "https://i.imgur.com/xbawQXz.jpg" without the quote marks and I've taken off the bracketed img stuff.

Now with the letter L
