Just one - for now...

Zanconato Road - built. Well, sorta. It's currently being repaired after I got hit by a car, but it should be finished soon

I'm pinching my pennies for a cross bike though!

Modest collection as compared to some here, although I feel that I have more than needed.
Marinoni Special, first serious race bike. Stripped for eventual repaint.
Litespeed Blueridge, commuter/allrounder.
Yeti Fro, awesome bike, almost never ridden, shame.
LegendTi, for group rides and hammerfests
Waiting on a Curt Goodrich.

Marinoni refinish

Dark Star,

I had a Marinoni Special. It was indeed special, a very nice riding bike.
I am not sure if they still do but they offered repaints in their frames at a very reasonable price. The turnaround / wait was fairly long though.

Unbuilt

I have about a dozen road bikes,

Unbuilt frames are:
89 Waterford Paramount - getting ready for build - spaced the stays to 130, repacked the headset and pondering the build. Have not gotten very far as my buddy just got an Omega Radius frame that was specifically built for a compact, unbeknownst to him. So he canned the 04 Chorus groupo he had lying around and went with new Centaur UT compact which I have yet to see - but he is raving over. Was toying around with Rival but assembled cheaply an Ultegra build kit - still undecided. Not asking for help - the Campy vs. Shimano vs SRAM is way to played out. Some things you need to decide on your own!

Outgoing
R3000 Canondale 04 with the good fork matte black size 63 if anyone is interested.

Bought and Built
Time VX Special Pro - built pretty much with the stock build kit from the aforementioned R3000.

Basso Lugged steel converted to a fixie - garage sale special but very pretty.

Van Dessel Kermis - have not seen another one in my travels - terrific bike

Pegoretti GGM - pics were posted here - sent back to Dario in mid November as the clearance between the rear tire and seatube was virtually non existent - still waiting - no news- frame will be repainted - told Dario anything he wants - but no pink.

Sold
Merckx MX Leader - geo just did not work for me.
Waterford built 92 Paramount size 62 - replaced by the first frame listed - which is a size 64.
Serotta Hors Categorie - blasphemous I know - but geo was a bit off for me- but still wonder if I did the right thing (even though I got a great deal on a mid 90's Serotta Ti w F1 fork). I've experienced that your position can change over time, and as you get in better condition.

Others were bought as built from third parties.

As much as I love riding - I enjoy the "hunt" for bikes - but I will be selling a few when the weather thaws.

Sheesh, next time my wife gets on me about my (apparently quite modest) collection, I can tell her I'm actually an ascetic.

2006 Custom Indy Fab Ti Crown Jewel
2002 Pegoretti Palosanto
2003 Calfee Luna Pro
2003 Lemond Victoire (the 100% ti version)

Hey Que, tell us about that IFTi bike. I'd like to read your thoughts on what you like/dislike about the bike.

Thanks,

Jack

Bigman,

What will you be riding in the Palm Springs century? There will be a Serotta group riding and we will look out for other forumites.

Jack
Sherry and I will be there...

I'll be on my creamsicle Kirk Terraplane and Sherry will be riding her Merlin Cyrene.

I do believe that "Bigman" aka Henry will be riding his Time VX Special Pro (but I dont want to speak for him).

Sherry and I will be doing the 55 this year, we will look for you guys after the ride.

Steve
