Vintage rear dropout screws?
Howdy! Does anyone know of a source for the screws in the picture? Like the ones that have the spring on the wheel-side? Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, still being made. I think the ones in the pic aren't Campagnolo.

You can always make your own using M3 screws, I think 0.7 pitch.

They are a standard size and pitch at McMaster. I bought a baggie.

What screw you need is dependant on which dropouts you have. The picture looks like someone stuffed a long dropout screw into a short dropout, might be the angle though, threading is the same. In the early 80's the knurled cap went away and the black thumbscrew looking end took over. Huret and Simplex dropouts were different than Campagnolo and the other Italians. I still have some of each if you need some dimensions.

M3x .5 is the size. .7 is usually standard for m4

Thanks for the lessons, Y’all. These are for my Raleigh Technium retro project, so this originally came with the screws that don’t have a spring on the inside. That said, I’m not sure what the proper length is. I ordered some from eBay based on the quick answer I received to my original post, so I’ll let Y’all know what they look like when they arrive. Happy Monday,
