Have you heard of the Seven Luma?
I just got my hands on one. I think it's the circa 2008-2010ish "women's" version of the Elium and in this case as far as I can tell all that means is that it has pretty decals. Pics attached. Does anyone know more about these?
I'm planning to build it up if I can get my hands on some high end components, I've just had a hell of a time getting good deals on parts lately. |

Yeah it's a really cool one, very similar to the Ottrott in terms of craftsmanship and construction.

I'm pretty familiar with Sevens of this era and had a Luma for awhile.
The Luma was not a women's bike, though if that bike happened to be built for a woman I guess it's a woman's bike? It was a "budget" Ti/C frame when compared to the Elium SG of the era. Straight gauge Ti tubing, pre-fab Reynolds rear end, carbon that wasn't from Wound Up, were all cost savings features. Nice bike but I gather it never fit well in the lineup and was discontinued. Looks like you have the FD shims and Reynolds fork bolt which is great. You might need the Reynolds bolt in the rear too if I recall correctly. Last edited by Pegoready; 05-21-2020 at 05:50 PM. |

Thanks that's super helpful, and yes I've got the shims and brake nuts fortunately. Also the original stem, seatpost collar, etc.

Have one, though currently on loan. Great all day bike.
