Shimano E-tube Di2 Wire 1200mm

What is this used for? It's missing in my Di2 build parts. Thanks.

I use it to run from the handlebar mounted A junction box to the frame and down inside the downtube to connect to the internal junction box that I stuff in the base of the seat tube.

Yup. The instructions for my Crux listed it as going between Junction A and Junction B near the BB. I couldn’t find one so I got two shorter wires and joined them with the Bluetooth module.

How did that work out for you? Any issues? Did you use two 550mm? Thanks!

So I am guessing this is critical for the Di2 setup, LOL!!!

If you don't need the BT another b junction works fine.

I've got one a junction in my aero bike with 2 b junctions. Had to run separate wires to the shifters thru my integrated stem/bar

If you are handy and have the tools, splicing Di2 cables isn't all that difficult. I bought some 2 conductor 24 AWG cable off Amazon and it was about the same diameter, no issues...

It’s worked great so far. I can’t remember the wire lengths I used, but it’s really just a matter of reaching the distance you need while leaving the junction inside the frame. I used the Bluetooth module because I wanted update firmware and I don’t have a windows computer.
