Rapha discount code

Anyone happen to have one they’re willing to share? They seem to be far and few between these days. TIA

There was a gift certificate for sale yesterday in the classifieds. Got 10% off the value of the certificate. I haven't seen a code from them in a while.

I think the code promotions are a thing of the past.

I have been a relatively frequent buyer too.

there was a time when the best you could do was 20% off and no sales tax.

then the product line exploded and inventory bloated. everything went on sale at some point, often for ridiculous discounts. we were all trained never to pay full price. rapha at pearl izumi outlet prices!

with new management, discount codes are gone. check the archive sale section (great if you are S or XS). can't recall if they still do post-christmas, spring and fall sales now.

prices for many of the "basic" pieces have actually dropped over time. yes, still "expensive" depending, but def less than at introduction

I too think the days of 20% off and then an extra 10 on the final day are over.

I actually bought my first full price rapha thing a few weeks ago. Got tired of waiting for the code and wanted a summer jersey. I do feel like their prices went down a bit

Also,

If you happen to have a store nearby or are traveling to a city with one you might find a couple real bargains. I recently bought a Classic ll jersey for $75

Rapha is in the process of retraining customer behavior and reestablishing the brand as a premium one, so forget about the codes coming back any time soon.

While I don't own any of these pieces, friends who do have given good reviews to their entry level "Core" product line.

The best value today is the Pro Team Training jersey at $115.

The Core stuff is nice for the money. $80 jersey can't be beat. That said its definitely not as nice as the classic.

by basic pieces I mean bibs, jerseys, vests, jackets not a particular model lineup. pro team in particular has dropped a lot in price. Hooray for PT training pieces. Slimmer cut than classic but not race tight.

best value?
#1 - $115 PT training jersey
#2 - bibs - they just do not wear out
#3 - wind jackets/vests - dead quiet
#4 - knee warmers - they do not slip down

I am also partial to their shave cream....

That’s kind of what I figured. I pulled the trigger on a purchase this morning. Im so used to buying Rapha on “sale” that I hesitated to buy assuming I could find a code. It got me looking at other manufacturers and I ended up buying some bibs from Maap. I guess it’s like JC Penny losing money when they did away with sales and priced everything at the discounted price. People perceived they weren’t getting a deal.

i find the fit of the few core pieces i have to not be as good as the classic or pro-team stuff. the two core jerseys i have seem short in the torso normally for me and ride up over bibs, so they never get worn.
