It's funny. When my Davidson Ti was built back in '01 or '02, I don't recall now, I wanted it light. Compared to my Ian Laing SL bike, with SSC it was about 2lbs lighter IIRC... 16.9ish lbs vs. 18.5ish lbs. This time I didn't care about weight, I wanted a bike that stood out and looked great. I suspect this bike will be at the current 16.5 lbs of the Davidson. At 53 my super go-fast days are fading. With each year the VO2 Max doesn't go up, or it drops a bit. I can still crank it out, sometimes, but these days it's about how I feel riding, am I enjoying the ride, does the movie in my head make me happy? Part of the enjoyment for me is a unique bike that I can say I helped design and spec. One that no one else has...with that, and a nice tuck at 50mph+, I'm happy. As life is about being happy and helping others be happy in life.

That was one of the first things I noticed. I really don't have OCD but those pictures not lining up would bother me.

The bike is sweet, too. Does 333 Fab use only one painter and who are they? I like painted Ti that is done in a different fashion not just the front triangle only. I may have to steal some of these ideas.

Max had the lay out of the paint, I had the '70's theme, then he suggested the Porsche 917 Gulf colors, then I let him run with it. But...it had to have Celeste in it. Obe to my Superleggera that ate a car back in 1986 at Colorado State.

From what I understand he uses Now You're Finish in Seattle as the primary painter, then Dark Matter in CoSp. This was done by Dark Matter.

That's Hella Dope!
Love it! Great paint job and it's for rim brakes and mechanical transmission. Old School! Exactly how I would order it.
