Hello James,
I just bought an Italian threaded Chorus square tapered 102 BB.
I realized that my titanium Bianchi uses an English threaded BB.
Why don't we swap cups?

Oops sorry, I meant to reply to your PM but get so absent minded. I already sent off one set of the british cups to someone that needed them and plan to keep the other for myself and a future build. Sorry.

Not could. Would.
I have a Phil bottom bracket cartridge that Phil Wood overhauled for me. It's not pretty anymore, but it's very smooth. You would need to get Italian cups for it.

Miche 102mm, ISO (not JIS!) italian thread BBs are widely available and seamlessly compatible with your Campy cranks. You can't just substitute italian cups for BSC, the BB shell width is different and the thread is also little different and forcing a BSC cup into an italian shell would be non bene

Edit: I have a Miche BB (JIS) in my Giordana Polaris with a Dura Ace 7200 crankset. Perfect fit, but let the transgression remain undercover. I also like pineapple pizza...

I'm not sure who this is addressed at. For what I'm needing to do I certainly can swap just the cup ends and use my existing inner cartridge.

And by coincidence, I'm eating some leftover Hawaiian Pizza right now.

If anyone is interested, I have a rebuilt Campy Record bb with a spindle length of 111mm and English cups (1.37x24t)that are for 102mm bb, but fit perfectly. The bearings have been replaced and are new. I'm asking $60 plus shipping. PM me if interested. Thanks!
