Mostly OT: Things to do in Portland, OR?

I'll be spending Thanksgiving weekend with friends in PDX. I like to leave my plans open, so Friday and Saturday are free. I've been before, but feel like I haven't scratched the surface of things to do. Cool spots of interest, bike related or not? Museums? Artsy things? Food? Beer?

I will pack lightly, so no gear for an in depth ride will come along with me. But, if I can feasibly toe clip my tennies and find a dirt road and mossy green stuff with relative ease, I may not pass it up. Or even if only for a self guided brew pub tour

My wife is from P-town so we frequent often. On one such trip I thought i'd try and check out the CK facility (heard rumors they did tours 'at one time') and they said the only thing accessible to public is shop. Boring.
