Praxis BB removal HELP!!!

I am trying to remove a Praxis BB for a Campy Ultra Torque set from a frame machined for press fit cups and and am having difficulties. I unthreaded the drive side cup and but when I try and remove the non drive side the cup and the "shell" bottom bracket pieces that are in the frame are rotating too. I tried to find out how to do this from the Praxis site but that was no help at all. How do I get the non drive cup and the "sleeve/s" inside the frame out?

Can you just sneak a punch in from the drive side and lightly tap it out?

Or, just partially thread the DS cup back on and tap on it to drive the NDS cup out?

If it’s a thread together unit the cups don’t unscrew from the frame, they unscrew from each other. The first cup backed out because the other is stuck by friction fit into the frame. Some gentle taps on the tube in the middle should get it moving.

Tap it out like others have said. Could get a right-sized dowel and stick it in the BB and use that to tap it out, too.

I use a headset cup removal tool like a Park RT-1 or RT-2
